For each construction project, the client’s individual requirements are taken into account – with the goal of designing the supporting structure as optimally as possible. The structural calculations and the layout of the structure are carried out according to the current EN standards and in accordance with the respective national annex of the country in question.

Conceptual designs

We develop conceptual designs of structural elements during the project phase for zoning procedures and building permits.

Implementation projects

We undertake the recording and analysis of existing structures and the implementation of newly developed systems. We also support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of production documentation to ensure efficient and transparent processes.

Expert opinions in structural engineering

We prepare in-depth structural engineering reports that examine existing structures, assess damage, and provide a reliable basis for decisions regarding renovation or new construction.

Through close collaboration with architects, developers, and specialist planners, we ensure that the load-bearing structure is optimally adapted to the architectural, functional, and economic constraints. Our structural calculations and design planning are carried out in accordance with current European standards (EN), taking into account the respective national annex of the country concerned. Czech Republic

Logistics Campus Kosmonosy

As part of the ``Campus Kosmonosy`` project, two modern warehouses with a total area of approximately 50,000 m² are being built in the Czech Republic. In collaboration with D+D Real and the general contractor Metrostav as, approximately 13,000 tons of prefabricated components will be processed. Assembly is scheduled for May to August 2025. With a project volume of approximately €4 million, the logistics campus exemplifies efficient, large-scale construction with a future-oriented approach.
